It is
While being "here and now",
Cherishing the "long path" from past to future,
A time and place to discover your unique way of life.
OTERA STAY is your guide on the journey of life,
For those who wish to change their way of living.
Everything in this world is inherited from our ancestors,
And we build upon the present to pass it on carefully to future generations.
By shifting from a mindset of "living for the present" to one of "cherishing a long life",
Both your way of life and mine, and the world of the future, will change.
We want to join you on a journey to explore your way of life and ours.
Let's connect the past, present, and future, and together, with joy, explore the health and happiness of ourselves, those around us, and society as a whole.
Let's connect the past, present, and future, and together, with joy, explore the health and happiness of ourselves, those around us, and society as a whole.
Sitting together
Harmonizing mind and body
Receiving life, giving thanks for life
Listening to silence, sleeping deeply
Taking deep breaths in the morning sun
Touching the wisdom of our predecessors, enveloped by history and nature
An unending journey of exploration that begins with a small step.
Bring OTERA STAY into your life's journey.
About OTERA STAY
What is OTERA STAY?
Harmonize your mind, transform your life. It's a wellness stay that connects you with Japanese spirituality.
We offer accommodation, stays, and experiences as an "inner journey" that begins in the silence where history breathes.
Our stage is set in temples and shrines, which are symbolic representations of Japanese spirituality, nature, and culture, and have been carefully preserved for a long time.
We provide spaces and experiences for harmonizing mind and body, such as meditation, zazen, sutra copying, nature walks, and shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine), to people all over the world.
From casual overnight stays to profound experiences that encourage self-reflection, we deliver these with the unique culture and stories of each location.
It's not just about "staying"; it's about confronting silence, unwinding your thoughts, and creating time to reconnect with yourself.
This is the spiritual wellness that OTERA STAY aims for.
We offer you the Transformative Travel that global travelers seek.
