"Homa" will strengthen one's own wishes and thoughts

A time to strengthen one’s own wishes and thoughts

Homa is a secret Esoteric Buddhist method of praying to the principal deity by burning a special kind of firewood called a Homa stick.

Through the fire of Fudo’s wisdom, we pray for the fulfillment of various wishes such as family safety, prosperity in business, warding off evil, and bringing in good fortune.

Participants are usually kept at a distance and watch quietly, but at Shoureki-ji Temple, you can sit right next to the fire and watch it burn, and you can even burn the homa stick yourself.

The chief priest will explain the meaning and ideas of Homa in detail.

In the end, you will be presented with udenenju prayer beads
Fee: ¥5,000 per person (no reservation required)
