Article 1 (Applicable)
- 1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts entered into by this hotel with guests shall be as stipulated in these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with laws and regulations or generally established customs. will do.
- 2.If our museum agrees to a special agreement within the scope of laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for accommodation contract)
- 1.Those who wish to apply for an accommodation contract with this hotel must provide the following information to the hotel.

- 2. Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
- 3. Accommodation charges (as a general rule, according to the basic accommodation charges in attached table 1)
- 4.Other matters deemed necessary by the museum
- 2/If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the hotel will treat the request as having been applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. Masu.
Article 3 (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)
- 1.The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article.However, this does not apply if the museum proves that it has not given consent.
- 2. When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel (restaurant) will pay the application fee determined by the hotel (restaurant) up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days). Payment must be made by the specified date.
- 3.The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest will ultimately have to pay, and in the event that the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, the application fee will be applied to the cancellation fee and then to the compensation. If there is any remaining amount, it will be returned at the time of payment of fees pursuant to Article 12.
- 4.If the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid.However, this only applies if the hotel notifies the guest of this when specifying the due date for payment of the application deposit.
Article 4 (Special agreement not requiring payment of application fee)
- 1.Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the Ryokan may accept a special agreement in which payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph is not required after the conclusion of the contract.
- 2.When accepting an application for an accommodation contract, if the hotel does not request payment of the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the payment date for the application deposit, the hotel shall be deemed to have accepted the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph. Article 5 (Refusal of conclusion of accommodation contract)
The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
- 1.When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- 2.When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy.
- 3. When it is recognized that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may act in a manner that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals.
- 4. When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following.
- Organized crime groups as defined in Article 3, Item 7 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 7 of 2) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups"), Article 2, Item 2 of the same article Members of organized crime groups (hereinafter referred to as "members of organized crime groups"), quasi-members of organized crime groups, persons associated with organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces.

- 6. When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
- 7. When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.
- 8. When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
- 9.When the case falls under Article 16 of the Gunma Prefecture Hotel Business Ordinance.
Article 6 (Guest's right to cancel contract)
- 1.The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
- 2. If the guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the guest (in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2), the hotel shall specify the due date for the payment of the deposit. (excluding cases where the guest cancels the accommodation contract before the payment is made), a penalty fee will be charged as listed in Attached Table 2.However, in the event that our hotel accepts the special agreement set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, in accepting the special agreement, our hotel will be responsible for paying penalties when the guest cancels the accommodation contract. Article 7 (Right of this museum to cancel the contract)
- 1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
- 1.When the Guest is deemed to be at risk of committing, or has committed, an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.
- 2.When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following.
- 1.An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a person associated with an organized crime group, and other anti-social forces
- 2.When the organized crime group or organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization3. that controls the business activities.
- A corporation whose officers are classified as gangsters

- 5. When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.
- 6.When accommodation is not possible due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
- 7. When the case falls under the provisions of Article (No.) of the Prefectural Ordinance.
- 8. When smoking while sleeping in the bedroom, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc., or otherwise failing to comply with the prohibitions (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) set forth by the hotel.
- 2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided to the guest.
Article 8 (Registration of accommodation)
- 1.Guests must register the following information at the hotel by the day of their stay.
- 1.Name, age, gender, address and occupation of the guest
- 2.For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry.

- 4.Departure date and scheduled departure time

- 2. If the Guest intends to pay the charges set forth in Article 12 using a method that can replace currency, such as a credit card, the Guest may be required to present such payment in advance at the time of registration as set forth in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9 (Guest room usage hours)
- 1.Guests may use guest rooms at the hotel from 4:10 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX am the next morning.However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
- 2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may accept the use of guest rooms outside of the hours specified in the same paragraph.In this case, the following additional charges will be charged.

Article 12 (Payment of fees)

Article 13 (Responsibility of our museum)
- 1.The hotel's liability under the accommodation contract begins when the guest registers for accommodation at the hotel or enters the guest room, whichever comes first, and ends when the guest leaves the guest room for departure. It will end when

Article 14 (Handling when contracted guest room cannot be provided)

If the hotel is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, the hotel will, with the guest's consent, arrange for accommodation at another accommodation facility with the same conditions as possible.In this case, if the accommodation fee for one night at the accommodation facility arranged for the day when the hotel is unable to provide a guest room exceeds the accommodation fee for one night at the hotel at the time of reservation, the hotel will cover the difference. Article 15 (Handling of deposited items, etc.)

In the event that damage such as loss or breakage occurs to goods, cash, or valuables left at the hotel by the guest, the hotel will compensate for the damage, unless it is due to force majeure. .However, with regard to cash and valuables, if the hotel requests the guest to declare the type and value of the item and the guest fails to do so, the hotel will compensate for the damage up to 5 yen. In the event that any goods, cash or valuables brought into the premises of the hotel by the guest are lost, damaged or otherwise caused by the intention or negligence of the hotel, the hotel will compensate for the damage.However, for items for which the type and value have not been disclosed in advance by the guest, the hotel will compensate for damages up to 5 yen, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.
Article 16 (Storage of guest's baggage or personal effects)
- 1.If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to his or her stay, the hotel will take responsibility for storing it and hand it over to the guest upon check-in, only if the hotel agrees to do so prior to the guest's arrival.
- 2.If the guest's baggage or personal effects are left behind at the hotel after the guest has checked out, and the owner is identified, the hotel will contact the owner and provide instructions. I shall ask for it.

Article 17 (Parking Responsibility)
When a guest uses the hotel's parking lot, regardless of whether the vehicle key is entrusted to the hotel, the hotel only lends the space and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle.However, in the event that damage is caused intentionally or negligently on the part of the Hotel in managing the parking lot, the Hotel shall be responsible for compensation.
Article 18 (Responsibilities of Guests)
If the hotel suffers damage due to the guest's intention or negligence, the guest will be required to compensate the hotel for the damage.
Article 19 (Governing law and agreed jurisdiction)
The governing law of these terms and conditions shall be Japanese law, and any disputes related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of first instance.
